It also hears and decides applications for the approval of those Special Uses <br /> requiring Board of Adjustment approval, in accordance with the rules and conditions laid down in <br /> the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), hears and decides appeals for variances from the <br /> dimensional regulations of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), and decides or determines <br /> other matters as may be required by the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) or State law. <br /> The Board of County Commissioners appoints all seven (7) members.
