Adoption of the Final Resolution Authorizing 2023 Installment Financing for Various <br /> Capital Investment Plan Protects for Up to $14,500,000 <br /> The Board adopted the final financing resolution authorizing up to $14,500,000 in installment <br /> financing for capital investment projects and equipment for the fiscal year. <br /> d. Fiscal Year 2022-23 Budget Amendment#9 <br /> The Board approved budget, grant, and capital project ordinance amendments for Fiscal Year <br /> 2022-23. <br /> e. Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance — Approval and Certification of 2023 <br /> Report <br /> The Board approved and certified the 2023 Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance <br /> Technical Advisory Committee (SAPFOTAC) Report. <br /> f. Amendments to the Orange County Arts Commission Advisory Board Policies and <br /> Procedures <br /> The Board approved amendments to the Orange County Arts Commission (OCAC) Advisory <br /> Board Policies and Procedures. <br /> g. Resolution in Support of Safe and Legal Reproductive Healthcare <br /> The Board approved a resolution in support of safe and legal reproductive healthcare. <br /> h. Boards and Commissions —Appointments <br /> The Board approved the Boards and Commissions appointments as reviewed and discussed <br /> during the April 27, 2023 and May 9, 2023 Work Sessions. <br /> Commissioner Greene noted item 8-g on the Consent Agenda, the Resolution in Support <br /> of Safe and Legal Reproductive Healthcare. She said that the Governor's veto of the bill banning <br /> abortion after 12 weeks was overridden by a vote of the General Assembly that evening. She <br /> said that other municipalities in Orange County also passed similar resolutions. She said for folks <br /> in Raleigh who claim to support life, that it would be nice if they supported the lives of poor women <br /> and poor North Carolinians and to demonstrate that by providing greater resources. <br /> Chair Bedford thanked Commissioner Greene for bringing the resolution to the Board. <br />
