This proposal would not include annual maintenance services, internal examinations, hydrostatic testing, recharges, or other costs <br />caused by damaged or missing equipment. Those items would be quoted separately at the time of service or directly after. <br />All services are performed by qualified personnel during normal work hours Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (excluding <br />holidays), unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. <br />Any applicable sales tax is not included. ANY ALTERATION OR DEVIATION FROM THE ABOVE SPECIFICATION INVOLVING EXTRA COSTS WILL BE <br />EXECUTED ONLY UPON WRITTEN ORDERS AND WILL BECOME AN EXTRA CHARGE OVER AND ABOVE THE ESTIMATE.
