The <br /> aforementioned payment of$400,000.00 shall occur prior to the issuance of the Ce rtlficate of Orr upancy for <br /> the school proposed as a component of MA22-CM4. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 Patrick Byker said that for their first condition they worked with NCDOT and identified an <br /> 7 area of inefficiency at 70 and Lawrence Road and then described the condition of adding turn <br /> 8 lanes to Lawrence Road.
