Adoption of the Final Resolution Authorizinq 2023 Installment Financing for Various <br /> 22 Capital Investment Plan Projects for Up to $14,500,000 <br /> 23 The Board adopted the final financing resolution authorizing up to $14,500,000 in installment <br /> 24 financing for capital investment projects and equipment for the fiscal year. <br /> 25 d. Fiscal Year 2022-23 Budget Amendment#9 <br /> 26 The Board approved budget, grant, and capital project ordinance amendments for Fiscal Year <br /> 27 2022-23. <br /> 28 e. Resolution in Support of Safe and Legal Reproductive Healthcare <br /> 37 The Board approved a resolution in support of safe and legal reproductive healthcare. <br /> 38 h. Boards and Commissions —Appointments <br /> 39 The Board approved the Boards and Commissions appointments as reviewed and discussed <br /> 40 during the April 27, 2023 and May 9, 2023 Work Sessions. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Commissioner Greene noted item 8-g on the Consent Agenda, the Resolution in Support <br /> 43 of Safe and Legal Reproductive Healthcare. She said that the Governor's veto of the bill <br /> 44 banning abortion after 12 weeks was overridden by a vote of the General Assembly that <br /> 45 evening. She said that other municipalities in Orange County also passed similar resolutions. <br /> 46 She said for folks in Raleigh who claim to support life, that it would be nice if they supported the <br /> 47 lives of poor women and poor North Carolinians and to demonstrate that by providing greater <br /> 48 resources. <br /> 49 Chair Bedford thanked Commissioner Greene for bringing the resolution to the Board. <br /> 50 <br /> 51 <br />
