She said every dollar spent means it is not available for other needs, and <br /> 30 believes it is good stewardship to ask the Sportsplex to pay the money back as they are able. <br /> 31 She said the amendment calls for 20% to be paid back next fiscal year, and a plan will be made <br /> 32 for the full amount to be paid back so Sportsplex operations are not interrupted. <br />
