Instead, these <br /> strategies serve as guiding frameworks for consideration. Expanded funding <br /> should be allocated to projects identified inthe CAP and special attention should <br /> be paid to additional staffing needs that might be necessary. In addition, all <br /> planning decisions should continue to weigh factors of environmental impacts <br /> against the social and economic impacts that these projects will present. <br /> Finally, all planning processes should adhere to the County maintaining course <br /> to provide equitable solutions and to be prepared for climate change. <br /> In addition to the Top 10, goals, strategies, and actions are further developed <br /> throughout the CAP in the following sectors: Transportation, Built Environment <br /> and Energy, Resource Conservation, Green Community and Resilient Community. <br /> These sectors clearly map a qualitative and quantitative approach to actionable <br /> solutions that the County can take. <br /> 2023 CLIMATE ACTION PLAN ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA 13 <br />
