●Deployment of Production Team:Agency will send a one to four-person production team <br />(varying on scope of production)to Chapel Hill to capture high-quality visual content. <br />●Content Creation:Agency will produce a total of 4 assets varying in length from 15 <br />seconds to 5 minutes,showcasing local businesses,landmarks,and members of the town. <br />●Post-production:Agency will edit the captured content,ensuring that it is visually <br />appealing and aligns with the branding guidelines provided by Visit Chapel Hill. <br />●Animation and Motion Graphics:Agency will incorporate animations and motion <br />graphics to add dynamism and creativity to the digital assets. <br />●Delivery:Final deliverables will include edited videos and any other agreed-upon media <br />formats.These assets can be used for various marketing purposes,such as social media, <br />website content,and advertising campaigns.Delivery will be completed on a rolling basis <br />along with campaign management. <br />(b)Social Media Management: <br />●Posting and Scheduling:Agency will handle the regular posting and scheduling of <br />content across the YouTube social media platform,ensuring consistent and timely <br />updates. <br />●Analytics and Reporting:Agency will provide detailed analytics and reports on social <br />media performance,including reach,engagement,and conversions,to track progress and <br />make data-driven decisions. <br />(c)Ad Channel Management <br />●Ad Campaign Strategy:Agency will develop targeted advertising strategies to reach the <br />Client’s desired audience segments,utilizing platforms such as YouTube Ads. <br />●Ad Creation and Optimization:Agency will create compelling ad copy,design visually <br />appealing assets,and optimize ad campaigns to maximize click-through rates (CTR)and <br />conversions. <br />●Budget Allocation:Agency will strategically allocate the advertising budget across <br />different channels and campaigns,ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI)for the <br />Town. <br />●Performance Monitoring:Agency will continuously monitor the performance of ad <br />campaigns,adjusting targeting,messaging,and bidding strategies to optimize results and <br />drive better outcomes. <br />3.OUT-OF-SCOPE SERVICES <br />Without limitation,the following items shall be considered Out of Scope Work (for any <br />out-of-scope-work required to fulfill the agreed-upon SOW,Agency will provide pricing,scope,and <br />usage quotes for client approval prior to incurring the fee): <br />(a)Any additional assignments not described in the above SOW or within the document titled <br />“SOW:Visit Chapel Hill x Circle Park”. <br />(b)Advertising spend media budget will not be included in fees.Agency will manage advertising <br />budgets advised and allocated by Client. <br />(c)Website Development:SOW does not include website development or any related services. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: CAC818ED-DF6E-4D68-940B-D695AFCF3A68
