(250 words or <br />less) <br />MOWOCNC delivers balanced meals along with friendly check-ins to older adults, <br />homebound adults, older adults with disabilities and those convalescing, who do not have <br />access to, or the ability to prepare healthy meals. MOWOCNC supports each recipient’s <br />efforts to age in place with dignity, providing sustenance and human connection. <br />MOWOCNC helps ensure that residents access the most appropriate social safety net <br />services and helps older adults improve their health outcomes. <br /> <br />11.
