Clarion will prepare the annotated outline for the report, strategy <br /> for analysis, document drafting and formatting, and GIS analysis assistance as needed. County Staff will <br /> prepare GIS maps and GIS analyses as guided by the Clarion team and review the staff review draft.The <br /> Steering Committee will be briefed at monthly meetings on the outcomes of these analyses. Finally, a <br /> community open house will share the findings of the Fact Book and solicit feedback on related policy <br /> questions. <br /> Task 3.1 Develop the Fact Book <br /> This task documents the trends and conditions for a broad array of community planning topics along with <br /> analyzing future planning influences that are important considerations for developing plan policies.This <br /> "Fact Book"will include maps, charts, and tables of data that paint a complete picture of Orange County <br /> and will leverage recent analyses prepared by the County and regional partners, including the Triangle J <br /> Council of Governments.This Fact Book can either be prepared as a traditional technical report with <br /> multiple sections or built as an ESRI Storymap organized to be more accessible to the broader community. <br /> It will be presented to the Steering Committee and made available to the public through the project <br /> website.This Fact Book will be developed as a series of specialized subtasks lead by Clarion team topic <br /> experts. <br /> Task 3.1.1:Analyze Sociodemographic Trends <br /> The Clarion team will work with County Staff to identify and analyze the critical sociodemographic trends <br /> that tell the story of the County's residents over time and will leverage other data analyses included in <br /> 7 Orange County Comprehensive Land Use Plan <br />
