A critical part of this plan is the incorporation of public feedback on how the funds should be used to support <br /> High Point communities. Johnetta was responsible for the planning and implementation of community workshops that <br /> were held in-person and livestreamed via the City of High Point's YouTube channel. This included overseeing meeting <br /> logistics planning, the development and distribution of meeting notifications, and the composition of a meeting and <br /> comment summary. The in-person meetings had 38 participants and over 335 online viewers. Additionally, the online <br /> survey gathered feedback from over 135 High Point residents. <br /> High Point Greenway Master Plan I City of High Point I High Point,NC <br /> The City of High Point developed a master plan for its Greenway system and aimed to incorporate public comments and <br /> feedback in the plan. To aid the efforts of community engagement, Johnetta developed and oversaw a communications <br /> strategy for the project as well as assisted with public meetings and database development and maintenance. During the <br /> project kickoff, Johnetta brainstormed methods of reaching traditionally underrepresented populations in the study area <br /> and oversaw direct targeted outreach to local organizations, religious institutions, businesses, and more to help reach a <br /> representative sample of the study area. <br /> U-5823 Woodcroft Parkway Extension Project I City of Durham I Durham,NC <br /> Following the City of Durham Equitable Engagement Blueprint,Johnetta managed the development and implementation <br /> of public engagement efforts for the Woodcroft Parkway Extension Project. She was responsible for managing virtual and <br /> traditional meeting planning and facilitation, meeting notifications, resident and special interest group outreach, and <br /> survey development and analysis. Johnetta also coordinated the provision of Spanish translation of project materials for <br /> residents with Limited English Proficiency in the study area.Through her management,the virtual meeting had 3,640 page <br /> views and the online survey had over 365 participants during COVID-19 public health closings. <br /> Capital Boulevard North Corridor Study I City of Raleigh I Raleigh,NC <br /> Johnetta worked with the city to conduct the public involvement planning and implementation for the proposed 5-mile <br /> corridor study project. This project aimed to create a vision and policies for the future development of Capital Boulevard. <br /> Johnetta provided project oversight for all public involvement activities including meeting notification and materials <br /> development, small group and public information meeting organization and facilitation, translation of materials, and <br /> provision of Spanish language interpretation for outreach activities. <br />
