After submitting the <br /> outreach plan,we will work with Orange County staff to develop a project website that can be used to share <br /> updates, meeting announcements surveys, information on how to provide feedback,and project deliverables. <br /> 2.3 Public Engagement Phase 1 <br /> The first phase of outreach will be coordinated with Task 4 Develop Strategies and Performance Matrix. We will <br /> use this opportunity to share findings from the existing conditions, discuss potential strategies for improving <br /> transit service, and present trade-offs faced when developing transit service. The findings will be used to inform <br /> the development and evaluation of strategies to ensure that they are grounded in community priorities before we <br /> move into forming our draft recommendations. <br /> 2.4 Public Engagement Phase 2 <br /> The second phase of outreach will take place during Task 5. The purpose of the second phase of outreach is to <br /> present and receive feedback on the Draft Plan.
