<br /> P3 specializes in delivering services in the areas of public outreach, communications development and
<br /> implementation, and outreach to traditionally underrepresented populations including environmental justice and
<br /> limited English proficiency populations.
<br /> Public engagement is most successful when all citizens and stakeholders are engaged throughout the entire
<br /> project development process. Consistent and inclusive engagement helps build consensus, facilitate dialogue,
<br /> and build trust between the project team and the community. P3's comprehensive and data-driven engagement
<br /> process effectively identifies all affected and interested groups; provides inclusive, early, and ongoing outreach;

<br /> ■ Stakeholder engagement, including outreach to religious organizations, community groups, apartment
<br /> complexes, school districts, etc.
