TECHNICAL APPROACH Orange County Transportation Multimodal Plan <br /> TASK E: PRIORITIZATION MATRIX AND <br /> ACTION PLAN <br /> El Prioritization Matrix <br /> A key factor in successful implementation of the <br /> Multimodal Plan is the order in which the constituent <br /> projects are planned,funded,and constructed.Our team <br /> will develop a method for prioritizing these projects <br /> based on various factors such as cost,impacts,needs,and <br /> benefits.The prioritization matrix will also be informed <br /> by the results of the public engagement. <br /> WSP will work with the CTT to identify evaluation criteria <br /> for which specific projects can be scored against.Our <br /> team will strive to develop the criteria and matrix that <br /> can be evaluated easily without the need of intensive <br /> calculations and complex GIS operations. <br /> E2 Action Plan <br /> In addition to creating the prioritization matrix,we <br /> will also develop an action plan that outlines the steps, <br /> timeline,and potential funding sources required to <br /> realize the proposed connectivity improvements.This <br /> plan will consider coordination efforts between different <br /> jurisdictions,potential partnerships with relevant <br /> agencies,and strategies to engage the community in the <br /> implementation process. <br /> E3 Final Report and Web Map Update <br /> The entire endeavor that the project team,the County <br /> staff,and the CTT members undertook throughout this <br /> project will culminate into a final report document at <br /> the final leg of this project.As a part of this report,we <br /> will deliver a final table of projects,an interactive map <br /> of adopted projects and recommendations made as a <br /> part of this study,writeup on project methodology and <br /> deliverables from each task.We will present the final draft <br /> to the County and CTT and make the requisite changes <br /> based on their comments before finalizing the report. <br /> Our team will update the web map created in Task B3 <br /> and include the additional projects and other changes <br /> identified in the final report.This map could either be <br /> created using ESRI mapping tools or become a part of <br /> the interactive Transportation Dashboard that WSP is <br /> currently developing for Orange County. <br /> Key Deliverables: <br /> Z Prioritization Matrix <br /> Z Action Plan <br /> Z Draft Report <br /> Z Final Report <br /> Z Interactive Web-based map <br />
