Our team consists of strong and diverse professionals with extensive technical expertise and experience in multimodal transportation planning and community engagement.Our proposed Project Manager,Shivang Shelat,AICP,is based in Raleigh and will be the ideal candidate for this effort given his experience in managing similar projects. Shivang has built a strong relationship with Orange County while managing the ongoing Orange County Transit Dashboard and will bring the same high-quality project management to this project. Shivang has been involved in the Town of Wake Forest Comprehensive Transportation Plan,Pender County Streets Plan,and MTP development in Wilmington and Columbia,SC. Shivang will be your single point of contact throughout this project and coordinate with WSP's transportation and community engagement leads to deliver the high-quality Transportation Multimodal Plan you desire. As you'll discover in our proposal,WSP has worked with several state and regional agencies and local communities to identify and understand their future mobility needs and adequately plan for and prioritize multimodal projects.WSP offers the following advantages to Orange County in completing this Transportation Multimodal Plan: ODiverse and Local Experience: In support of Shivang,WSP offers North Carolina-based domain experts Fred Frank,PMP for multimodal Transportation Planning,Sravya Suryadevara,PE for Project Prioritization,and Sarah Parkins,AICP for Public Engagement.They will be supported by our local team of environmental,transit,bicycle,and pedestrian planners.
