This program was initiated in January <br /> 2004 and is currently administered through NCDOT-IMD. <br /> The Town of Elon is a 2023 recipient for a multimodal network plan, and the City of Graham is a 2023 re- <br /> cipient of a pedestrian plan update. <br /> More information will be coming out in January about the application process and due dates.
