Approve: <br /> a. 5311 Administrative grant application for $196,947 with a local match total of <br /> $29,542 <br /> b. Combined Capital grant application for$500,000 with a local match total of$50,000 <br /> 2. Approve program resolution (Attachment 1) and local share certification (Attachment <br /> 2); and <br /> 3. Approve annual master documents (Attachment 3) <br /> a. DBE/MBE/WBE/HUB anticipated vendor awards <br /> b. DBE good faith efforts certification <br /> c. Title VI program report <br /> BACKGROUND: Each year, the NCDOT Integrated Mobility Division (IMD) accepts requests for <br /> capital, operations and administrative needs for county-operated transit programs.
