Annual Report and Work Plan <br /> PURPOSE: To discuss and approve the Orange Unified Transportation Board (OUTBoard) 2022 <br /> Annual Report and 2023 Work Plan. <br /> BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) welcomes input from various <br /> advisory boards and commissions. The Planning Staff drafts the OUTBoard's annual report and <br /> work plan. The annual report informs Commissioners of the OUTBoard's past year's activities <br /> while the work plan details next year activities. These activities should be and are consistent with <br /> the goals and objectives of the Board of County Commissioners.The draft annual report and work <br /> plan is provided in Attachment 1. <br /> Planning staff must submit the 2022 Annual Report and 2023 Work Plan to the County Clerk's <br /> office before January 2022. It has been the OUTBoard's standard practice to review and consider <br /> the annual report and work plan through a regular meeting, with any revisions per the pleasure <br /> of the Board. This information will not be part of the annual BOCC retreat but will most likely be <br /> received as the plans were last year - in the winter/spring 2021 work session.
