SOCIECONOMIC DATA, EQUITY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE <br /> To ensure that Title VI reporting requirements are met, OCTS will collect and maintain socioeconomic <br /> data as published by the United States Census Bureau American Community Survey(ACS) on potential and <br /> actual beneficiaries of our programs and services. This section is intended as a compilation of relevant <br /> socioeconomic characteristics from our overall service area. This data will provide context to the Title VI <br /> Nondiscrimination Program and be used to ensure nondiscrimination and improve public outreach <br /> initiatives and delivery of ongoing programs.
