VI. CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
<br /> OCTS ensures all contractors will fulfill their contracts in a nondiscriminatory manner. While contractors
<br /> are not required to prepare a Title VI Program, they must comply with the nondiscrimination
<br /> requirements of the organization to which they are contracted. OCTS and its contractors will not
<br /> discriminate in the selection and retention of contractors (at any level) or discriminate in employment
<br /> practices in connection with any of our projects.
<br /> A. Contract Language
<br /> I. During the performance of this contract, the and will permit access to its books, records, accounts,
<br /> contractor, for itself, its assignees, and successors in other sources of information, and its facilities as may be
