Confidentiality. The Agreement and the terms thereof are a public record under N.C. Gen. Stat. § 153A-98(b)(4). North Carolina state law requires that the terms of any contract by which the Trainee is employed whether written or oral, past and current, to the extent that the county has the written contract or a record of the oral contract in its possession, is public records. 11. Entire Agreement. The parties have read this Agreement and agree to be bound by all of its terms, and further agree that it constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the Agreement between the Parties unless and until modified by a written instrument signed by the Parties. Modifications may be evidenced by facsimile signatures. 12. Governing Law. Both parties agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and venue shall be Orange County. 13. Signatures. This Agreement together with any amendments or modifications may be executed electronically. All electronic signatures affixed hereto evidence the intent of the Parties to comply with Article 11A and Article 40 of North Carolina General Statute Chapter 66.
