Siemens Industry, Inc.February 2, 2023 Page 7 <br />2.2.2 Software Updates – Desigo CC & 2 Additional Client <br />Licenses <br />Software Updates.Through this service, you will benefit from new features and <br />enhancements that will improve building operations, take advantage of the latest <br />version changes, while extending the life of your Siemens System investment. <br />Siemens will provide you with software and documentation updates to your existing <br />Desigo CC annually. Included is onsite training to familiarize you with the new <br />features and their associated benefits. These updates deliver the benefits of Siemens’ <br />commitment to compatibility by design, a commitment unique in our industry. <br />Workstations covered under this service are itemized in the List of Maintained <br />Equipment. <br />Siemens will also provide 2 additional Client Licenses to current DesigoCC software <br />package upon the start of this agreement period. <br />Upgrades to PC's and related workstation hardware are excluded. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 4392B0EF-53B6-4D4B-9275-797F1EC8D443
