Yes No. If yes, the amended date of substantial completion is: August <br />31, 2023 <br />_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />Full Description of Change: Change the location of the sewer line route to stay on the wooded side of the drive, due to existing utility depth. <br /> <br />Reason for Change: The existing utilities caused the sewer line to be installed at a deeper depth and in order to obtain the correct (code) drop of the <br />piping this added additional piping.
