These additional services will verify implementation of <br />corrective actions as recommended by MBP Carolinas, Inc., to prevent exhaust fumes from entering <br />the building via the dedicated outdoor air system intake during operation of the building’s <br />emergency power systems (diesel generator). Additionally, MBP-FS will provide commissioning <br />services to verify operation of the Trane units (supplemental) that have recently been connected to <br />the building automation system (BAS) by Siemens. <br />SCOPE OF WORK (SOW) <br />Siemens will provide installation and programming to interlock the building’s emergency power system <br />(diesel generator) with the building’s ventilation system (DOAS) as detailed in the “OC EMS Generator <br />and AHU project proposal” dated January 30, 2023. MBP-FS will provide commissioning services to <br />functionally test and verify operation of the interlock following completion of installation and <br />programming by Siemens. The scope of work includes testing/verification of BAS alarming and graphical <br />user interface updates. <br />MBP-FS will provide commissioning services to functionally test and verify operation of the three <br />supplemental units serving room 203 that have been integrated into the BAS by Siemens as detailed in <br />the “OC EMS Generator and AHU project proposal” dated January 30, 2023. The scope of work includes <br />testing/verification of BAS alarming and graphical user interface updates. <br />COMPENSATION <br />MBP-FS will provide the additional scope of work during the Implementation Phase of the project for the <br />fixed price amount of $15,500. <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />Services not expressly identified in this Proposal are not included in the Proposal.
