Estimate: <br />Regular/Work Session/Budget/Quarterly/Advisory meetings at Whitted and at Southern <br />Human Services Center <br />34 meetings x $720 = $24,480 <br />(4 hour gavel to gavel with added charges as stated above if over *) <br />Joint meetings with ChCCSchools/OC School Board/Fire Dept.s/AOG <br />6 meetings x $820 = $4,920 <br />Any partial hour over the four hours from gavel to gavel, VDMC will charge $187. <br />Estimate for all meetings <br />41 meetings totaling $29,400 <br />(estimate is for a 4 hour gavel to gavel with added charges as stated above if over *) <br />Training for all VDMC staff for upgrade of equipment expected in FY 2023-24. <br />training = $1400 <br />Minimum for FY 22-23 BOCC cablecast meeting and training = $30,800 <br />OTHER SERVICES <br />Maintenance, Research and Consulting will be provided at $75/hour.
