Based on the walk <br /> through we performed and the information to date I am proposing the following: <br /> Court Street Annex: <br /> • Replace the MDP panel in its current location <br /> • Budget: $130,000 + $15,000 in contingency <br /> • Fee: $13,000 <br /> • Bid Documents complete: March 2023 <br /> • Construction: March 2024 <br /> Motor Pool and Maintenance Shop: <br /> • Add ATS and Main building <br /> • Rework circuits/breakers to eliminate the manual breaker switching required <br /> • Add new generator and ATS for the Transportation office. <br /> • Use existing generator for Maintenance shop and install new ATS <br /> • Budget: $350,000 + $50,000 in contingency <br /> • Fee: $30,000 <br /> • Bid Documents complete: March 2023 <br /> • Construction: March 2024 <br /> Whitted Complex: <br /> • Replace air cooled chiller <br /> • Replace 2 condensing boilers <br /> • Replace all chilled water and hot water pumps <br /> • New DDC <br /> • Replace one AHU completely <br /> • Replace the coils, fans, dampers, etc in two built-up AHU's <br /> • Replace elevator equipment room unit <br /> • Replace about 5 ductless splits <br /> • Replace approximately 50 vav boxes <br /> • Budget: $1,600,000 + $100,000 in contingency <br /> f �� pdcengineers.com <br />
