Additional property (east ofthe <br />proposed school) was optioned to afford the Board of County Commissioners the opporhuiity to <br />examine,joint azid coordinated school-county facilities, <br />A 33-acre site (known as the Euliss Property) was reviewed. Further research bas been <br />conducted that addresses certain facets of site selection. <br />The following subjects are being addressed herein: <br />A. Site Acreage Availability <br />B, Transportation Plan Accessibility <br />C. Public Water and Sewer <br />D. Environmental Considerations <br />(Soils, Topography, Natural Areas, Strrearns and Watershed) <br />E. Land Use and Land Use Compatibility <br />F. Site Acquisition and Development Costs <br />
