<br />either in the name of Orange County or in the name of the Orange <br />County Board of Education with title to be transferred following <br />closing to Orange County; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, in the alternative, the Orange <br />County Board of Education requests that the Orange County Boarcl of <br />County Commissioners provide funding for the purchase by the Orange <br />CounL•y Board of Education in its name of all 67,106 scree of the <br />properties of Owen L. Allison and Mabel C, Allison and Lonnie <br />Hryant Daniel, and Karen Baird Daniel and that the Orange County <br />Board of County Commissioners consider the purchase of the <br />approximately 26.106 acres of the property unnecessary for purposes <br />of construction of the middle school; <br />8E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, as a third alternative, the <br />Orange County Board of Education requests that the Orange County <br />Board of County Commissioners provide funding far the purchase of <br />an extension of the options to purchase the properties of Owen L. <br />Allison and r'label C, Allison and Lonnie Bryant Daniel and Karen <br />Baird 'Daniel; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, if funded by the Orange County Board <br />of County Commissioners by action taken prior to March 15, 2004, <br />that the Orange County Board of Education give notice of the <br />exerci.ee of said options to Owen L. Allison and Mabel C..
