<br /> <br />Event Responsibility Date and Time <br />Issue RFP OC April 3, 2023 <br />Submit Written Questions Consultant April 17, 2023 <br />Provide Response to Questions OC April 24, 2023 <br />Submit Proposals Consultant May 2, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Questions: <br />Written questions shall be emailed to Brenda Bartholomew, Human Resources Director at <br />bbartholomew@orangecountync.gov copying Jovana Amaro, Purchasing Agent, at <br />jamaro@orangecountync.gov by the above deadline. Consultants should enter RFP No 367-OC5382: <br />Questions” as the subject for the email. <br />Questions received by the deadline date, Orange County’s response, and any additional terms deemed <br />necessary by Orange County will be posted in the form of an addendum to the Orange County website <br />https://www.orangecountync.gov/Bids.aspx and shall become an Addendum to this RFP. No information, <br />instruction or advice provided orally or informally by any Orange County personnel, whether made in response <br />to a question or otherwise in connection with this RFP, shall be considered authoritative or binding. Consultants <br />shall rely only on written material contained in an Addendum to this RFP <br /> <br />Proposal Contents: <br />Consultants shall populate all attachments of this RFP that require the Consultant to provide information and <br />include an authorized signature where requested. Consultant’s RFP responses shall include the following items <br />and those attachments should be arranged in the following order: <br /> <br />1. Qualifications <br /> <br />a. The Consultant must demonstrate that they have the expertise, resources, capability, and experience <br />to provide the services requested. Such qualifications must be fully evident within the proposal. <br />b. Names of the key personnel to be assigned including their resumes outlining qualifications and <br />experience <br />c. Relevant experience of key personnel who will be conducting the recruitment and selection <br />d. Each Proposer shall provide a statement of qualifications as required by these specifications. <br />e. Proposal offers examples of Proposer’s experience with similar projects. <br />f. Proposal clearly defines organization of agency, listing management and staff, and explains history and <br />structure of company. <br />g. Proposal shows demonstrated capabilities (i.e. financial solvency, client base, network capabilities etc.) <br />h. Orange County may make such investigations it deems necessary to determine the ability of the <br />Proposer to perform the work. The County reserves the right to reject any Proposal if the information <br />submitted by, or investigation of such Proposer, fails to satisfy the County that such Proposer is properly <br />qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the work contemplated therein. <br />Conditional Proposals will not be accepted. <br />i. Proposals shall include a statement that Consultant meets each qualification as outlined in this request <br />for proposal. <br />j. Proposal demonstrates the Proposer’s comprehension of the required work outlined in the Purpose <br />and Scope of Services of this request for proposal. Further, the submitted proposal offers a <br />comprehensive plan to meet the County’s insurance requirements. <br />k.
