Chapel Hill <br /> <br />WE HEREBY SUBMIT SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES FOR: Furnish Materials and labor to <br />install a single RHR outswing 42” x 96” door in clear anodized finish with matching side lite. Door <br />is to be medium stile with 8” bottom rail to match existing. Also included is a Horton S4000 Heavy <br />Duty automatic door operator to match other existing doors. (2) Handicap actuator buttons to be <br />mounted on surface mounted boxes and wirelessly transmitted signal to receiver. Door hinge to <br />be continuous Heavy Duty door hinge. <br /> <br />M ATERIALS TO BE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />EXCLUSIONS: <br />- High voltage (120V) needed for input to automatic operator and excluded per this <br />proposal. Certified electrician must run high voltage wiring.
