He said these will be public streets. He said traffic is very low and <br /> well below the capacity of the area. He said every lot is going to be within 300 feet of the open <br /> space across the property. He said the entire community is going to be connected by over 3 miles <br /> of recreation trails including some edible landscaping. <br />
