27 <br /> Planning Board Recommendation: The Planning Board reviewed the zoning atlas amendment at <br /> its April 5, 2023 regular meeting. At this meeting the Board voted unanimously to recommend <br /> approval with specific changes of the Statement of Consistency (Attachment 7) and the <br /> proposed Zoning Atlas Amendment (Attachment 8). Two conditions are being recommended by <br /> the Planning Board and the applicant offered four additional conditions after the Planning Board <br /> meeting, based upon comments made at the meeting. All conditions are accepted by the <br /> applicant and have been incorporated into the Ordinance in Attachment 8. <br /> Excerpts of the minutes from the meeting, as well as the Board's signed statement of consistency, <br /> are included in Attachment 6.
