The subject garage cost$74,000 to build and has a walk-up stairway to the unfinished second floor. Corrections and adjustments: ■ Proposal reducing the grades of a storage building from B+05 to B-05 and the garage from A+10 to B-05. These changes would reduce the value of the garage from$36,400 to $26,700 and total value of the yard items from$40,200 to $30,200.
