The current assessed value is $402,800. The <br /> appellant does not state an opinion of value. The appellant states that a 320 square foot addition <br /> constructed in 2019 should be regarded as finished living space, and that the total finished area <br /> for the residence should be 2,634 square feet. The current tax record lists the addition as an <br /> unfinished enclosed porch and a finished living area of 2,314 square feet for the residence. <br /> Additionally,the appellant states there is a 20'by 20' storage building on the property which is <br /> not listed on the tax record. <br /> After a review of the property,the County recommends the following changes: <br /> ■ Reclassification of the 320 square foot addition from an unfinished porch to a finished <br /> addition.
