3 <br /> Public Notifications: Notice of the joint public hearing was included in the notice mailed for the <br /> related County actions (also being heard on April 20 at a County public hearing; the notification <br /> materials are included as an attachment to the materials for the County public hearing item). In <br /> accordance with Section 2.8.7 of the County's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), notices <br /> were mailed via first class mail to property owners within 1,000 ft. of the subject parcel, <br /> including those in Chatham County. These notices were mailed on April 5, 2023 — 15 days <br /> before the hearing. Staff also posted the subject parcel with a sign on April 6, 2023 — 14 days <br /> before the hearing.
