_____________________________________________________________________________ <br />State Centric MOA 4393-0083-F Orange County <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />(18) ASSURANCES <br /> <br />The County shall comply with the requirements in the applicable Assurances <br />form, incorporated by reference into this Agreement as if fully set out herein. <br /> <br />(19) FEMA REQUIRED CONTRACT PROVISIONS <br /> <br />The County shall comply with the applicable FEMA Required Contract <br />Provisions, attached as Attachment D and incorporated by reference into this <br />Agreement as if fully set out herein. <br /> <br />(20) HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN <br /> <br />If the County is a local governmental entity, the County shall complete, adopt, <br />and update an all-hazards mitigation plan in a manner satisfactory to the State <br />Hazard Mitigation Officer and in accordance with FEMA and State requirements <br />including but may not be limited to, 44 C.F.R. 201.6, 44 CFR 201.3, and <br />N.C.G.S. 166A-19.41. The all-hazards mitigation plan shall be developed in <br />accordance with the minimum criteria for local hazard mitigation plans as <br />determined by the State. The minimum criteria are incorporated by reference into <br />this Agreement as if fully set out herein. <br /> <br />(21) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE <br /> <br />The Period of Performance (POP) expires on March 12, 2025. The POP may be <br />extended beyond the original date by extensions that the State may request, and <br />FEMA may grant. If the original POP is extended, the State will send a letter to <br />the County notifying them of such an extension.
