This is a land use matter and in addition to considering land, there is this additional limitation on 892 your considerations with regard to related traffic ….usually that would be something you could consider. You can 893 consider the land use and its impacts to the surrounding area. The ballfields on the school property, could be used as a septic innovative system 909 to absorb that. On each parcel if you note there are areas indicated for ….septic fields, so each parcel could have a 910 shared septic field from the entire development.
