27 <br /> HOME-ARP Activities <br /> Description of the method for soliciting applications for funding and/or selecting developers, <br /> service providers, subrecipients and/or contractors and whether the Consortium will <br /> administer eligible activities directly <br /> The Consortium will accept applications for HOME-ARP funding from developers and other housing and <br /> service providers beginning in December 2022.The Local Government Affordable Housing Collaborative, <br /> made up of one elected official from each of the four jurisdictions that make up the Consortium (Orange <br /> County,the Towns of Carrboro, Chapel Hill, and Hillsborough), is the group locally tasked with allocating <br /> the Consortium's HOME funds.
