25 <br /> Center provides a housing program and rapid re-housing for people fleeing domestic violence.The Inter- <br /> Faith Council for Social Service operates a Permanent Supportive Housing program.The Orange County <br /> Homelessness Prevention and Housing Stability programs provides services and financial support for <br /> people at risk of homelessness.The Housing Access Coordinator works with landlords and property <br /> managers to make more units available for people exiting homelessness. <br /> Affordable housing in Orange County is provided by organizations including Community Home Trust, <br /> CASA, EmPOWERment,the Center for Community Self-help, Habitat for Humanity, PeeWee Homes, and <br /> DHIC. <br /> Gaps within the current shelter and housing inventory as well as the service delivery system <br /> Feedback from the online survey and community meetings revealed four major areas of unmet housing <br /> and service needs in Orange County: affordable housing supply, affordable housing access, supportive <br /> services, and shelter and bridge housing supply.
