These improvements are <br /> required solely to accommodate traffic generated by the charter schools: <br /> US 70 Alt. at Lawrence Road <br /> • Install a traffic signal <br /> • Construct an exclusive northbound left-turn lane with a minimum of 200 feet of <br /> storage plus taper <br /> • Construct an exclusive southbound right-turn lane with a minimum of 100 feet of <br /> storage plus taper <br /> • Construct an exclusive southbound left-turn lane with a minimum of 50 feet of <br /> storage plus taper <br /> US 70 at Lawrence Road: <br /> • Construct an exclusive northbound left-turn lane with a minimum of 100 feet of <br /> storage plus taper <br /> • Construct an exclusive southbound left-turn lane with a minimum of 200 feet of <br /> storage plus taper <br /> • Adjust signal phasing and timing <br /> Lawrence Road at Site Driveway 1: <br /> • Construct the full movement Site Driveway 1 with one ingress and two egress <br /> lanes <br /> • Construct an exclusive southbound left-turn lane with a minimum of 150 feet of <br /> storage plus taper <br /> US 70 Alt. at Site Driveway 2: <br /> • Construct the full movement Site Driveway 2 with one ingress and two egress <br /> lanes <br /> • Construct an exclusive eastbound right-turn lane with a minimum of 75 feet of <br /> storage plus taper <br /> • Construct an exclusive westbound left-turn lane with a minimum of 150 feet of <br /> storage plus taper <br /> Recreational Improvements <br /> To accommodate the recreational traffic, which is mainly concentrated in the evenings <br /> after the school traffic has largely dissipated, the internal street system is proposed with <br /> the same laneage. Both Site Driveways 1 and 2 would be built with one ingress and two <br /> egress lanes. It is anticipated that the internal street system would ultimately become <br /> ES-4 <br />
