It would be a condition of that <br /> 47 developer to do that,and it would be a non-profit. <br /> 48 <br /> 49 Adam Beeman: I was going to ask if you could invite the community and ask what they would like to see and not just a <br /> 50 generic skate park. There is plenty of appetite out there for it. <br /> 51 <br /> 52 James Parker:We would love someone to step up and take ownership of design and vision. <br /> 53 <br /> 54 Statler Gilfillen: It is my understanding right now;you have certain things you plan if this is approved that would start <br /> 55 construction very soon. There are other things like the baseball diamonds that are going to rely upon public funding to <br />
