I specifically asked about a site that had been cleared for HYAA
ball fields but was told that is no longer viable. There needs to be a solution to that.At the same time, under our
comprehensive land use plan, there are certain objectives that we are supposed to consider in making land use planning
decisions. Read Land use objectives 1.1, 1.2, 3.1, 6.2,wastewater goal#5, 1 am just articulating my reasons for voting
against this.As one of the members of the public stated, it kind of feels like we are trying to stuff an elephant into a box
in this spot. I have concerns by the public, the elected mayor of Hillsborough that this proposed zoning change under this
conditional use with 1,400 students squeezed into Lawrence Rd. and 70 with water and sewer being provided by the
town. I don't see how that is going to happen without alternative plans on how to get at least sewer to this site and state
law requires the municipality to provide water. Thinking about a 1,400 student school in this spot with the water and
sewer needs of the school that is my concern. This particular site, as much as I want these things is consistent with our
comprehensive plan.

Melissa Poole: You referenced the relationship with a municipality and under the current municipality plan, it is aligned. Is
that correct?

Cy Stober: That is correct. We didn't include it in our consistency statement but we did consult with WASMPBA but we
can provide that in the future.

Lamar Proctor: So it is within the WASMPBA boundary to provide sewer and water?

Cy Stober: The primary service area, yes.

Lamar Proctor:Thank you for that clarification.

Steve Kaufmann: Still, the neighborhood will not be able to get water and sewer, even though it is in that region?

Cy Stober: They would have to voluntarily have to apply for connection and I believe annexation to the Town of
Hillsborough, pay the connection fees as well as any associated annexation fees.

Adam Beeman:They wouldn't be forced to hop on if the pipe goes by your house, you don't have to get on the water,
you could maintain your septic and well?
