The project is located within 84.9 acres of property along <br /> Lawrence Road and US 70. <br /> The request proposes mixed-use development consisting of: <br /> ■ Two public charter schools (K-12); <br /> ■ Private tennis club; and <br /> ■ Public or private recreational facilities with ball fields. <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon a required Master Plan <br /> Development plan set and a Preliminary Stormwater Impact Analysis (SIA) report, both <br /> dated December 2, 2022. These findings should not be interpreted as the Division's final <br /> analysis/approval of the proposed development.
