The applicant has provided a site-specific plan featuring two preparatory <br /> schools, and a recreational park featuring athletic fields and tennis courts. The site-specific plan <br /> features landscaping, interior roads,parking,water and sewer utilities, and stormwater control <br /> measures that conform to the Orange County UDO. The schools are proposed to be served by <br /> Town of Hillsborough water and sewer utilities; the recreational facilities will require Orange <br /> County Environmental Health approval of proposed well and septic systems. As defined and <br /> detailed by the Orange County UDO, should the application be approved, these conditions will <br />
