The applicant has provided a site-specific plan featuring two preparatory <br /> schools, and a recreational park featuring athletic fields and tennis courts. The site-specific plan <br /> features landscaping, interior roads,parking,water and sewer utilities, and stormwater control <br /> measures that conform to the Orange County UDO.
