The school buildings are <br /> proposed to be served by Town of Hillsborough water and sewer utilities, as enabled by NC General <br /> Statutes 115C-521(1). The details of these utility extensions, to be paid for by the developers, are included <br /> in the Attachment 1 Master Site Plan. <br /> The recreational facilities will require Orange County Environmental Health approval of proposed well and <br /> septic systems. The memorandum provided by Environmental Health as part of their Development Advisory <br /> Committee review (Attachment 5) indicated no concerns with proposed septic and well locations. Suitability <br /> of the site to provide these services will need to be confirmed through appropriate permitting. Any significant <br /> changes from the water and wastewater plans provided will require amendment to an approved MPD-CD <br /> per section 2.9 of the UDO. <br /> 4 <br />
