105 <br /> -.54 M RI I GST R SUtlloltllT <br /> LAW G Ri O U P - - RESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Mr. Cy Stober, Planning and Inspections Director <br /> FROM: Jim Parker, P.E., P.L.S., Lawrence Road Properties, LLC & Patrick Byker, <br /> Morningstar Law Group <br /> DATE: May 30, 2023 <br /> RE: Agreed to conditions relating to Zoning Atlas Amendment Rezoning Application <br /> Conditional District - MA22-0004 (Lawrence Road Properties, LLC) <br /> We thought it would be beneficial to state in writing the conditions that Lawrence Road Properties <br /> has agreed to for the benefit of the Orange County Board of Commissioners in advance of the June <br /> 6, 2023 meeting. <br /> In addition to our agreement to the condition requiring either the construction or funding of <br /> northbound and southbound left turn lanes on Lawrence Road at US 70 reflected on pages 241- <br /> 242 of the staff report for MA22-0004, Lawrence Road Properties also agrees to the following <br /> nine (9) conditions: <br /> 1. Installation of a Type C buffer along Lawrence Road prior to issuance of a certificate <br /> of compliance for the school. <br /> 2. Lighting for the tennis courts shall be the minimum necessary to meet UDO <br /> requirements. <br /> 3. The property owner shall conduct a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) five (5) years after <br /> the opening of the school and submit the TIA to Orange County Planning and <br /> Inspections Department. <br /> 4. All handicapped parking spaces shall be installed with striped hashmarks to provide <br /> additional separation between vehicles. <br />
