3 <br /> 1 Public Notifications: Notice of the joint public hearing was included in the notice mailed for the <br /> 2 related County actions (also being heard on April 20 at a County public hearing; the notification <br /> 3 materials are included as an attachment to the materials for the County public hearing item). In <br /> 4 accordance with Section 2.8.7 of the County's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), notices <br /> 5 were mailed via first class mail to property owners within 1,000 ft. of the subject parcel, <br /> 6 including those in Chatham County.
