Provide a minimum 250' internal protected stem along the access. <br /> • Construct access at U.S. 70A with stop control and one ingress lane and two <br /> egress lanes consisting of an exclusive left turn lane with a minimum of 525' of <br /> full storage and an exclusive right turn lane with a minimum of 350' of full <br /> storage. Provide a minimum 525' internal protected stem along the access. <br /> • Configure the site to accommodate anticipated high demand internal queues of <br /> 4414' for the K-8 school and 2751' for the 9-12 high school. <br />
