Habitat We build strength, stability, self-reliance and shelter. <br /> �� for Humanity' <br /> Orange County,NC <br /> March 22, 2023 <br /> To Whom it May Concern, <br /> I am writing on behalf of Habitat for Humanity of Orange County to express our <br /> cooperation with WTHS Public Charter School and Lawrence Road Partners, LLC in regards <br /> to the connection of Water and Sewer Services through our properties at 1317 US70A <br /> comprising the approved East Village Neighborhood. Habitat has been in conversations <br /> with members of the Lawrence Road Properties, LLC for a year and a half. Throughout that <br /> time, Habitat has been willing to allow the extension of the water and sewer mains in East <br /> Village to be used as a connection of the charter school to the utility infrastructure of the <br /> Town of Hillsborough.
