9 <br /> Board Goal 4 <br /> INVEST IN QUALITY COUNTY FACILITIES, A DIVERSE WORK FORCE, AND TECHNOLOGY TO ACHIEVE A <br /> HIGH PERFORMING COUNTY GOVERNMENT <br /> PROGRESS <br /> Asset Management Services- Meet the response time for 75% of facilities work orders <br /> based on their priority level. <br /> County Manager's Office - Budget Office: Predict General Fund revenues within 1% of <br /> Revised Budget each fiscal year. <br /> Emergency Services -The 9-1-1 Emergency Communications Division will ensure that <br /> 95% of all 911 calls are answered within 10 seconds. <br /> Emergency Services - Emergency Medical Services Division will improve to a 60% <br /> adherence rate to a 9 minute or less Emergent Response Time for events requiring <br /> critical Paramedic level Intervention. <br /> Emergency Services - Improve the percentage of K-12 public school children (2nd and <br /> 3rd grades) reached by formal Fire Safety Education to 50%. <br /> Finance - Reduce invoices not paid within 30 days to less than 150 per month by end of <br /> Fiscal Year. <br /> Finance - Decrease percentage of revenue recorded after 30 days to less than 1% by <br /> end of fiscal year. <br /> Finance - Reduce all unreconciled purchase card transactions after 15 days to less than <br /> 45 per quarter by end of fiscal year. <br /> Human Resources - Decrease number of days to approve Request to Fill Vacancy Form <br /> to 3 business days to enable departments to fill vacant positions as quickly as possible. <br /> Human Resources - Reduce annual staff turnover to 10%. <br /> Human Resources - Ensure employees have clear personnel policy direction and policy <br /> is implemented fairly and equitably, through review and recommended revisions of the <br /> Orange County Personnel Ordinance by June 30, 2024. <br /> Information Technology -Achieve and maintain a Cyber-Hygiene score of at least 850. <br /> Information Technology -At least 90% of Routine Service Call Resolution within 18 <br /> hour time target. <br /> Information Technology - Complete incoming projects within 4 months or less on <br /> average. <br /> 9 <br />
